If you use interlink on Friday you will receive your package on Monday. In the event of Power cuts this will prevent your package from going out.


Royal mail do provide insurance to cover all of our products so if you find your parcel damaged please do not worry just send us a email and we will do our best to sort it out for you. If you have any questions regarding deliveries please email us .If Next day is selected and the Royal Mail can’t send that day we will send next day on the following day as


We charge in advance for all the products ordered, and goods will be only dispatched provided the payment has cleared. We have a few options for payment but if you would like to do a bank transfer or cheque payment please Email us first..

Right to cancel (Distance and off-premises contracts)


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.


The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day:


On which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Please include the correct outlined below in our “Model cancellation (WC-a)”


You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our contact form on the website.


If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such cancellation on durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.


To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.


Effects of Cancellation


If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary cost arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).


We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.


We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:


(a)     14 days after the day we receive back from you and goods supplied, or


(b)     (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or


(c)     If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about you decision to cancel this contract.


We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.


If you have received the good in connection with the contract:


(a)     You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us: Safercigs Ltd,Unit 4 Hawthorn Farm Business park Blandford Dorset DT11 0NB  without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.


(b)     You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods


(c)     You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Delivery and Risk


Delivery of goods from the Safercigs website should be without undue delay and within 30 days.


Risk passes from Safercigs to the (You) the consumer when the goods are delivered (unless the courier is one not offered or named by the Safercigs as an option, but chosen and arranged by (You) the consumer. In this case risk passes to the consumer when the item is delivered to the courier.



we do NOT accept any E-liquid returns .

E-Liquid can not be returned to us so please ensure that you purchase the correct one as we cant not replace or exchange once it has been sent out.

If you find any damaged shipments, missing products or faulty products and wish to replace please contact us and request the replacement. We will only dispatch the replacement products on receipt of the faulty goods; you must return the faulty goods well packaged we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that do not arrive so please ensure that you at the very least send them recorded delivery.

Our starter Kits have a 28 day warranty on the batteries the clearomizers are not covered in this as they are consumable items.

Please note Safercigs can not be held accountable if you enter the wrong address details on the order and the package gets lost as a result. We only ship to the delivery address that you give us on order.
